Welcome to Wilder’s Preparatory Academy Charter School!

Since 1984, our Founders the late Mr. Raymond D. Wilder and Dr. Carolyn R. Wilder have dedicated their lives to providing quality education to boys and girls in the Inglewood and surrounding communities.

It is my extreme honor and pleasure to continue this wonderful Legacy, of “Building the Future”.

Welcome to the 2020-2021 academic school year. We are deeply committed to your child's academic, social, and emotional success. We believe, “Education Is A Team Effort” and look forward to working in partnership with you and your family.

I am proud to have a fantastic group of Educators on the Wilder’s Team. They thrive on providing our students with the best learning experiences possible. They are committed to training and research that allows them to share the best teaching practices, and bring new ideas into the classroom.

Please know our top priority is to create and maintain a safe and orderly environment and provide our students a great accelerated college preparatory education. Our focus is to make sure that all students feel safe and respected while in their learning environment and throughout school grounds.

I am personally committed to making sure Wilder’s Preparatory Academy Charter School remains dedicated to the philosophy of its Founders and that academic excellence, quality staff, great leadership, hard working students and parents flourish.

Whether you are a family discovering Wilder’s for the first time or a long-standing member of our Wilder’s school community, I am thrilled you are here, I thank you for your support and look forward to continuing to create a strong scholarly, fun and family environment for you and your child.

As William Arthur Ward, so brilliantly stated, “If you can imagine it, you can achieve it. If you can dream it, you can become it”.

Please feel free to stop by and visit me on campus throughout the school year!

Warmly,

Ramona R. Wilder
