About Me

 

Salutations,

 

My name is Mary Tran and I've been part of the Wilder's team since 2014.  I've been in Education since 2006.  I have my Bachelor degree in Liberal Studies and a Masters degree in Multicultural Education. 

 

I've grown to know the school very well and my knowledge of our school culture and students has put me in the position I am in today.  As the Assessment and Systems Coordinator, I take care of anything that is related to local and state testing, as well as support systems for school operation.  Testing has changed drastically in California, and with the new Common Core Standards, I want to make sure our students are keeping up with the standards.  We need to be the best with testing and along with technology to stay at the top.  

 

Coming back to in-person learning has been challenging after over a year in distance learning, but I know we will come out of this stronger and with more resilience together. I know this will be an exciting year filled with lots of upgrades in the way your student will learn. Technology will be our top priority when it comes to improvement.
