2. Vocabulary assignment for the words major and influence; students were given a handout that modeled the assignment. The word should be written in the center circle and in the remaining sections the student should include a definition, example of the word used in a sentence, an association (i.e. tell what the word makes you think about), and a synonym.

 

3. Correction of book list selections!!! The list sent out to students and communicated to parents has to change. (My sincerest apologies to those who have purchased books already.) Please try to have the books by 10/01/14. I will let you know when the books are ready for purchase at Zahra's bookstore.
