Complaint Policies
Williams Complaint Process
The Williams Complaint Process ensures that all students have access to the basic educational necessities required for a quality learning environment. This includes sufficient instructional materials, safe and well-maintained facilities, and appropriately assigned teachers.
If a student, parent, or community member believes that these standards are not being met, they may file a Williams Complaint. Complaints can address issues such as missing or insufficient textbooks, unsafe or unclean school facilities, or teacher vacancies and misassignments.
Our school takes all complaints seriously and is committed to resolving concerns promptly and fairly. The Williams Complaint Form and additional information on how to file are available below.
Title IX Complaint Policy
Title IX is a federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs and activities. Our school is committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all students and staff, free from discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and bullying.
The Title IX Complaint Policy outlines the procedures for reporting and addressing concerns related to sex-based discrimination, including sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, and gender-based inequity. Any student, employee, or community member who believes they have experienced or witnessed a violation is encouraged to file a complaint. All reports are taken seriously and will be handled promptly, thoroughly, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Information on how to file a Title IX complaint are available below:
